Rosalia Vila also known as Rosalia (Spanish for "Rosalia") Rosalia Vila (Spanish for "Rosalia") is Rosalia Vila is a Spanish pop and flamenco singer. Since she was a teenager Rosalia has explored the fringes of traditional and pop music. Pepe Haichuela, a flamenco guitarist and renowned musician has described the sound of this young artist as sharp with sweetness but with bite. El Mal Querer, her sequel album to Los Angeles in 2017, was both a critical as well as a commercial success. It was a top hit on the Billboard Latin Pop Albums Chart and won an Grammy. La Fama featuring Weeknd debuted in 2021. It was her third studio album. Motomami featured songwriting collaborations with many artists and producers including Cory Henry and James Blake. This set was released the month of March 2022, following the Saturday Night Live performance featuring the song Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the first Spanish artist to perform as a solo performer on the show. Motomami Rosala, in addition to winning three Latin Grammy Awards and the Latin Album of the Year award twice, she was the first woman to win both of these awards.
